Return policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the distance contract for the sale of goods made through the online store zero-center.gr, without giving any reason, and return the product within fourteen (14) days.

More specifically, the withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) calendar days from the day:

1. on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier designated by the customer, received the products, provided that the customer ordered one or more products in a single order and these are delivered as a single order

2. when the customer or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier designated by the customer, received the first product, provided that the customer had ordered multiple products as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.

3. when the customer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier they have appointed, received the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that they had ordered products delivered in multiple partial shipments or items.

Before the expiry of the above deadline, in order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing of your decision to withdraw from the contract with a clear statement (e.g. letter sent by post or email) to the following details of Zero Center Hellas:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

The return of products to Zero Center Hellas must be completed strictly within fourteen (14) days from the day on which the customer informed the company in writing of their decision to withdraw from the contract, without any delay.

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs incurred as a result of your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer) immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

The customer is only responsible for the direct cost of returning the products, unless the COMPANY has agreed to bear this cost or if the COMPANY has failed to inform the Customer that the Customer is responsible for this cost.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the products or until you provide proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return or deliver the products to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which you informed us that you canceled this contract. This deadline is considered to have been met if you send the products before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the products if such loss is due to handling of the products that is not necessary for checking their quality, properties, and functioning.

Reasons for exclusion or termination

If, upon return of the products, the company finds that the customer is responsible for any damage, dents, loss of accessories and, in general, a reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning during the period up to the declaration of withdrawal, and the COMPANY is entitled to agree with the Customer on compensation, even by mutual offset.
