1. SCOPE
For all deliveries from Zero Center Hellas to consumers, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be predominantly attributed to his or her commercial or independent professional activity.
2. CONTRACTUAL PARTNER
The purchase contract is concluded with Zero Center Hellas, Asprochoma Kalamata 24100 Greece.
3. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
3.1. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to order.
3.2. The goods intended for purchase are placed in the "Shopping Cart." You can access the "Shopping Cart" and make changes there at any time using the corresponding button in the navigation bar.
By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page/in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order with an order confirmation.
However, your purchase contract will only be concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation via email after receiving your order (i.e. after receiving your order confirmation).
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
4.1 If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you may be entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
4.2. If you exercise your right of withdrawal as a consumer in accordance with Section 4.1, you shall bear the regular costs of return shipment.

Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us ( Zero Center Hellas, Asprochoma Kalamata 24100l, email address: info@zero-center.gr by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. You can also find the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our websitehttps://shop.zero-center.gr/policies/refund-policyComplete and submit electronically. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation (e.g., by email). To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; such goods are, for example, our tailor-made and individually manufactured goods
- for the supply of goods which are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered 30 days after conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
- The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
5. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
5.1. The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
5.2. In addition to the stated product prices, we charge the shipping costs indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
6. DELIVERY
6.1. Delivery within Greece is carried out by transport company or courier.
6.2. Delivery within Greece takes approximately 3 days. Any deviations will be indicated on the respective product page.
6.3. Outside Greece, delivery is carried out upon discussion.
6.4. Delivery times for international shipments vary and may take up to 14 days.
6.5. For deliveries to a country outside the European Union, customs formalities must be observed. Zero Center Hellas will prepare the goods, including the necessary customs declarations, to the best of its knowledge and belief, but assumes no liability for delays caused by customs inspections. Any additional fees charged by customs authorities as a result of these additional inspections shall be borne by the customer.
7. PAYMENT
7.1 Payment can be made by credit card, bank deposit or cash.
7.2. If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
8. RESERVATION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The EU Commission has created an online dispute resolution platform. The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. CHOICE OF LAW
Greek law applies. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence (favorability principle).
The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods expressly do not apply.
